All about stellar population

When we look at the night sky, we can see a world full of stars.

The star that does not allow the darkness of the dark night to darken. When we look at the night sky in the lonely life, the stars give us a chance to rethink our lonely life.

For a long time people had different thoughts about these stars. People would look at the night sky and draw pictures of different animals according to their thoughts. But now people have improved a lot. Today people know a lot about these stars which was once impossible for humans. Nowadays people know a lot not only about the stars in our galaxy but also about the stars thousands of light years away from us. If it weren't for these stars, you probably wouldn't exist in this whole universe.

From today until a few years ago, people understood the sun to be a star. People thought that all the stars in space were like the sun. But now people have divided the stars into different categories. Which is now known as stellar population. Which is based on the particles in a star.

In what year did you create the stellar population?

This stellar population was created in 1940 by the German scientist W. Baade.

stellar population

Scientists basically divide this stellar population into three types -

 Population I star

●Population II star

●Population III star

Population III star: - Scientists believe that such stars were formed many, many years ago. Scientists believe that such stars were formed just as our Milky Way galaxy was being formed. Such stars have been formed since the time of the Big Bank. The amount of particles in such stars is small. Since only hydrogen and helium gas existed in this universe after the big bank, hydrogen and helium gas are predominant in such constellations.

According to scientists, this type of star is 10 larger than the largest star we have ever seen.

 ○Population II star :-

According to scientists, such stars are responsible for the size of our milkyway galaxy. Scientists have seen such stars inside our Milky Way galaxy.

 ○Population I star

The stars I see in the night sky are the population I star. Our sun is such a star. According to scientists, most of the galaxy's outer spiral arms have population I stars. This type of star contains a large number of particles. In addition to hydrogen and helium, the presence of composite particles like oxygen can be noticed.

In addition, scientists have discovered more different types of stars.

Black dwarf star

Black dwarf star is a type of star that is still a mystery to scientists. According to scientists, such galaxies could live for a few trillion trillion years. Such stars will survive the end of the universe.

How are black dwarf stars made?

=> When stars like our sun run out of all their energy, they leave all their particles and become red giant stars. The next time this red giant star leaves its particles, it becomes a white dwarf star. Now these white dwarf stars are getting cold very slowly. All the lights of these stars are gone at some point when it gets cold. And this star becomes absolutely black. According to scientists, if a white dwarf star turns into a black dwarf star, our universe will be born again.

Although scientists have not found a single black dwarf star to date.

Finally, the level of air pollution around the world has increased so much that it is very difficult to see the beautiful stars in the sky. If we continue in this way, we may never see the starry night sky again. Which is very worrying for space lovers.
